MOJAVE JET GROUP , L.L.C., is a full-service commercial aircraft sales and leasing company founded in 2003. Our primary offices are in Los Angeles,
California. Mojave Jet has been instrumental in the acquisition and sale of over 50 commercial jet aircraft and over one hundred and forty jet engines and
has enjoyed successful dealings with some of the United States' largest and most successful airlines and and engine manufacturers.

The founders of MOJAVE JET GROUP, L.L.C., Eric Haymes and Bill Delaney, have the technical knowledge, the networking capability and the strategic
co-venture affiliations necessary to undertake even the most challenging and complex multiple-party transactions.

We will entertain co-brokerage arrangements with qualified brokers. Similarly, we will entertain limited-term financial co-ventures with investors and/or
lenders wishing to purchase individual aircraft or fleets as investments, either for short-term resale profit, or for lease income; we can locate, qualify
and negotiate terms with viable lessees on behalf of our financial partners, and take care of the administration and collection of lease payments, etcetera.
